Education Sector Applicant Tracking System Spotlight: Avanti Schools Trust

Avanti Schools began in 2003, and their first school opened in 2008. Their vision was to create a family of schools based upon Avanti's core principles of educational excellence, character formation, and spiritual insight. The schools now have close to 5,500 students and 700 staff members across Avanti's family of 12 schools.

Avanti has a proven approach to school development and improvement, with excellent pupil outcomes across its schools and the capacity to support more schools. They have also built first-rate centralised functions for finance, HR, project management, marketing, and premises.

The Avanti Schools Trust team previously used HR software that offered basic recruitment capabilities as a secondary module to its payroll and HR functionality. Limitations of the recruitment module resulted in manual interventions and a disjointed process impacting candidates and hiring manager engagement.
