Cotteswold Dairy Deliver Recruitment Improvements

The Talent Acquisition Team at Cotteswold Dairy chose Eploy’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help streamline recruitment and replace a basic ATS system that no longer suited their needs. The incumbent ATS had very basic functionality and was reliant on the vendor for recruitment flow and process changes – often at an additional cost which impacted the total cost of ownership.
