Hollywood Bowl has an established recruitment platform in place, working with Eploy for several years. Eploy’s complete talent acquisition platform was implemented to redefine the way that Hollywood Bowl attracts and engages with candidates. This recruitment strategy provided the foundation of a fit for purpose recruitment system to support future Company growth and recruitment needs.
Following the Groups acquisition of Splitsville, an operator of ten-pin bowling centres in Canada, Hollywood Bowl revisited how Eploy could be utilised to support the extended business with automation of recruitment and an aligned candidate experience to the UK business.
Aligning the recruitment strategy of Splitsville to the UK business was made easy due to the flexibility of Eploy’s software to provide a much-improved candidate and user experience. Alongside the core system that automates the recruitment process, Eploy’s candidate portal provides a mobile responsive, consistent journey on all devices, seamless integration into the careers site and a way to grow the talent pool.

This latest deployment includes a new starter export of selected fields from Eploy into a CSV/XML file that is then collected by ADP, the people and payroll system in place. This eliminates manual data entry and ensures records are always up-to-date and accurate.
