The Recruitment Team evaluated what improvements could be made to the recruitment journey and chose to implement Eploy’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment platform. Eploy provides a highly configurable ATS to modernise the candidate journey and streamline hiring manager’s recruitment experience.
There have been changes to how Eploy's ATS is used by the Society, adapting to business needs and market changes. The partners recently worked together to refresh the Eploy Candidate Portal and careers site content so that it is reflective of the employer brand.
Nottingham Building Society careers website has been designed to connect with talent, incorporating rich content to represent its culture. Candidates can immerse themselves in what it is like to be part of the Society, with enhanced vacancy listings, Diversity and Inclusion information, colleague networks and training and development opportunities.
The latest changes provide candidates with all the information about the company culture and how to apply, supported with colleague stories and images.
