The Talent Team reviewed the ATS market against their requirements. Through the evaluation process, the team realised an out-of-the-box solution didn’t align with its sometimes niche processes and required a dedicated best-of-breed ATS platform. In selecting Eploy’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM, Oxford PharmaGenesis uses recruitment automation to work smarter, incorporating the human touch elements and supporting different recruitment requirements across territories.
