Stantec UK Align Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Efforts with Eploy
When Stantec acquired Peter Brett Associates (PBA), PBA's internal recruitment team had been using Eploy recruitment software since 2016 whereas Stantec were using different systems. It was clear that standardisation on a single platform could yield significant benefits.
"We approached the project as we would with our own clients, as a partnership and now have a unified recruitment platform to support the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers working collaboratively across the many sectors we serve. The authorisation workflows support our audit process and control and the customisable reporting dashboards in Eploy are easy to set up to understand our activities, monitor our KPIs and see the impact of our work."

Stantec is a global design and delivery firm. They are designers, engineers, scientists, and project managers, innovating together at the intersection of community, creativity, and client relationships.
Stantec has continued diversification of the company's services and geographic locations, collaborating across disciplines and industries to bring projects to life. The Stantec community unites approximately 22,000 employees working in over 400 locations across six continents.
In a move to expand Stantec's UK presence, Stantec acquired Peter Brett Associates (PBA). PBA's internal recruitment team had been using Eploy recruitment software since 2016 whereas Stantec were using different systems. It was clear that standardisation on a single platform could yield significant benefits across the enlarged business by aligning their recruitment efforts and providing the necessary audit trail of recruitment processes. After evaluating all of the available options, Stantec selected Eploy as the most appropriate solution.
Fortunately, Eploy's talent acquisition platform is highly configurable. Meaning the system enables both the PBA and Stantec UK recruitment teams to manage multiple recruitment workflows. Also, the company took the opportunity to introduce Eploy's onboarding module. Now, successful Candidates can download and accept their offer/contract document from within the Onboarding portal. Candidates can also accept their offer by using Eploy's eSignature technology, which creates a digitally signed PDF incorporating all of the necessary metadata.
As part of the project, Stantec rebranded their careers site where candidates can search and apply for jobs by location and disciplines. The careers site provides details about each role and uses Google maps to display the location. Candidates can use their social profiles to track their applications, join Stantec's talent pool, and accept job offers, all from one central hub.
