The Beginning
When Paul Burgess and Chris Bogh graduated University in 1998 they set out on a pioneering journey to develop Recruitment Software in the cloud.

Of course, back then clouds were still the grey things that hung ominously over their Midlands heartland. From this vision came Eploy - the first fully web-based recruitment management system.

With a strategic focus on user experience and scalability, we swiftly gained traction, attracting a diverse clientele ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level organisations.

Expanding into the Market
Eploy embarked on an ambitious strategy to broaden its reach and solidify our position in the competitive recruitment market. Expanding into new industries, we capitalised on emerging opportunities and tapped into previously untapped markets.

Through strategic alliances and collaborations, we forged key partnerships, enabling it to penetrate deeper into target demographics and amplify its market presence.

Optimising Our Offering
Eploy honed its focus on refining operational efficiency and maximising its market impact. Building upon its solid foundation, Eploy implemented robust systems and processes to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimise in-house recruitment functions.

Continuing to grow
Eploy continued to gow and focussed the recruitment platform development for in-house recruitment functions.

In 2011, Eploy was first to market with Responsive Design. 

Annual R&D Budget exceeds £500k confirming Eploy's commitment to the development of innovative in-house recruitment software.

Eploy was announced OnRec Award Winner for Technical Innovation.

It was also the first year that Eploy was awarded by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as a UK Government approved supplier under the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace framework, which has continued each year to the present day.

Eploy achieve IASME Security Certification, a Government-backed certification scheme designed to establish a robust security foundation for businesses, ensuring they operate safely online. Both Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus demonstrate Eploy's dedication to cybersecurity, boosting trust with customers, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.

Eploy officially verified as carbon neutral plus after setting a goal to become carbon neutral and play a part in reducing greenhouse gasses and the impact on climate change.

Eploy went a step further to go beyond carbon neutral and are now certified as a Carbon Neutral Plus organisation.

Hire Purpose

Eploy successfully hosted its much-anticipated 2023 customer conference bringing together industry leaders and users at the Vox, Resorts World, Birmingham, UK. The event saw hundreds of dedicated Eploy users gather to explore the latest advancements in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

The insight-packed, one-day conference presented a diverse range of masterclasses, seminars, and keynote sessions and unveiled the latest updates to Eploy's ATS, Talent CRM, and Analytics platform. Attendees were able to explore a host of new features.
