The team's responsibility is to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of your Eploy system, whether that be managing your contract and account, keeping you up to date with our latest version releases or new features and technologies. Your Account Manager will also hold regular account calls and account review meetings, formulate action plans and support you throughout your Eploy journey.

This initial introduction to your dedicated Account Manager offers the opportunity to provide feedback on the Implementation process and set your future plans and goals with Eploy.
3 Month Review
A 3 month touch point for your Account Manager to review how you and your team found using the system in real life. This offers the perfect opportunity to further enhance your system.
6 Month Review
This is a meeting Eploy users have every 6 months, during which your Account Manager will really dig into your day to day use of Eploy, as well as reviewing how we can support you better. Your dedicated Account Manager will review your system usage, including what key recruitment features you leverage, as well as which of the key system features you use the most. This time also includes reviewing any untapped system opportunities and integration options that can help you reach your Talent Acquisition goals. We also use this meeting to fill you in on the latest at Eploy, including any system updates, recent awards and Customer Success KPIs.
