How do we work?
The existing customer end-to-end process can differ from one project to another. The timescales of each project are dependent on the deliverables and your goals, all of which we agree on prior to starting the project.
Similarly to the Implementation Team, we split our project time into Phases, which creates clear expectations from the start to the end of the project and provides our customers with full visibility of what is needed from both Eploy and the customer during each phase.
We are on hand throughout every stage of the project
- We host Milestone meetings in the form of Build Delivery and Solution Playbacks before the next Phase in the project and overall before Sign Off and Go Live.
- We ensure our customers have multiple touchpoints with our team to create the best experience with Eploy possitble.
