During the Implementation of Eploy's Applicant Tracking System, we teach users the basics of how to use their new system, allowing for more informed decisions when building it. We also teach you how to customise your system, giving you the knowledge needed to ensure Eploy is fully customised and ready to use from day 1. 

During your time with Eploy Academy, you will also learn how to build informative recruitment dashboards and run reports on your data. This equips users with all needed knowledge to leverage Eploy's ATS efficiently and effectively. 

The Eploy Academy Trainers offer 3 levels of refresher training:

• 1 day for experienced teams who want to brush up on their skills and ensure they continue to use Eploy in the most efficient way.
• 2 days for teams who have had several new team members and want to give them more in-depth training on their system, or who have had new modules added/reconfigured and want to ensure they're using it the best way possible. 
• 3 days for teams who want to cover not only the basics of using Eploy, but who also want to gain a deeper understanding of customising their system, leveraging the reporting tools, and utilising Eploy's talent pooling capabilities. 

As well as offering dedicated training on Data Dashboards, Reports and Talent Pooling, we can create bespoke training courses tailored to your specific needs.

Eploy Academy for Hiring Managers offers 1 hour webinars focused purely on the Hiring Manager Portal and how it can be used for maximum impact. 

For a more engaging way of learning Eploy Academy Team can create a series of dedicated training videos based on your system and processes. The training videos are delivered in .mp4 format with pro-level audio and visual quality (4K).
