The Challenge
Riada Recruitment required an online recruitment software solution that would help the company achieve significant business efficiencies and cost savings and deliver a competitive advantage. The solution also needed to facilitate Riada's expansion plans and allow seamless integration with back-office applications and enable valued added services to be delivered to the client base.
The Solution
Following an assessment of available products, Riada chose Eploy's web-based solution to address the need for multi-site access. The system was considered intuitive, easy to roll out and simple to set up. In addition, the business required links to the Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll applications that were provided with the Eploy product and seamless integration into the company's website.
The Result
Integration into the Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll applications saved Riada over 10 administration days per month. In addition, the integral 'Quick Match Tool' from the software suite has helped to speed up candidate source and selection using targeted search criteria.
