How we handle your data 

If you contact Eploy via the contact us form, we will: 

  • Retain full details of all enquiries for two years for administrative purposes and aggregate data thereafter for statistical purposes. 

  • Share data with Eploy departments for the purpose of providing full responses to enquiries and to improve Eploy communications and services. 

  • Not share data with any third parties.

Initial Discovery / scoping call

Our expert team will discuss the Channel opportunity and understand more about you, your strategy, your organisation and any relevant experience / track record. In return, we will talk through the history of Eploy, our position in the market, solutions available and our partner strategy.  

Following this discussion, we will agree next steps including issuing Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) as appropriate for counter-signature.

Demo session

Attend your assigned session to view the platform and learn more about the Eploy product as well as the resell opportunity. Further details can also be found at

In relevant circumstances, we will arrange an opportunity to also view your product offering for example, if Eploy is going to form part of a wider solution offering such as a HCM. Integration discussions and API information can be shared as part of this phase if relevant.

Due diligence

This phase will focus on the technical / security review. Dependent upon individual circumstances, this will allow you access to the relevant information as part of the decision-making process and may include some or all of the following: 

  • Proof of concept including provision of a sandbox  

  • Sharing of API / integration documentation (if not done as part of the demo) 

  • Security and GDPR information e.g. hosting, regions, certifications. 

  • Confirmation of partner categorisation  

  • Integration strategy and associated paperwork (if appropriate)

Commercial / Contractual

We will walk through the commercial offering and agree preferential pricing  (assuming co-sell / resell) or commission if beginning as a referral partner. Contractual documentation will be shared, mutually agreed and counter-signed.

Partner onboarding begins

You will be guided through our structured onboarding programme for partners and this will include steps such as those listed below dependent upon the construct of the final agreement: 

  • Onboarding 

  • Enablement 

  • GTM – including joint comms 

  • Integration work 

  • Agreed cadence 

  • Pipeline reviews / QBR / Account mapping
