Submitted candidates are automatically available for you and your hiring managers to review, within Eploy ATS and your Eploy Hiring Manager Portal. It’s quick and easy to provide feedback to your PSL vendors and everyone is kept ‘in the loop’ with vacancy status reports and notifications.

 Agencies can submit candidates securely through the web portal.

Youu can use screening questions for your vacancies, helping to ensure that your agency partners submit only suitable candidates.

Eploy knows precisely who submitted a candidate first, whether agency supplied or whether the candidate is also in your current Talent Pool.  But more than this, Eploy will actively prevent an Agency submitted a candidate that's already in your system - helping you to avoid wasting time with resolving disputes.
