Compliance
Managing compliance is critical to every organisation.
Whether it’s to meet statutory or regulatory requirements, reduce risk or drive efficiency,
we understand the importance of catching issues early, but better still – how about if you could stop them altogether? There are endless possibilities for the rules you could build, including:
- Preventing a placement status from being updated if the Right to Work check has not been conducted
- Blocking a candidate from proceeding to interview if their work permit has expired
- Checking all the required fields are complete before choosing to onboard or export a new starter
- Compliance
Create compliance rules
Create rules that prevent a candidate from being moved through the recruitment process unless a condition or series of conditions is met.
In your rule, you define when a check happens: at an application status, an action stage (such as interviews or assessment centres) or perhaps at a placement status such as making a conditional offer to a candidate. If you are using our Opportunities module, you can also use the Compliance module to prevent opportunities being updated in the same way.

Visual compliance models
Using the Eploy flows technology you can build a visual model of what checks your Eploy system should make at your chosen workflow stage and status.
If the required conditions are not met, warning messages are displayed to the user (fully configurable, of course), to highlight the cause of the issue. The user can then review and correct the required information, before proceeding the candidate to the next stage.
- Compliance
Assign compliance checks to the right people
You can define which user type the compliance check applies to: Hiring Managers only, Standard users only, or everyone. This flexibility enables you to add different rules for each user type if you need it.
- Compliance
Keep everyone informed
Within the flow, choose a status or outcome where the compliance check needs to happen. Then add a condition block and build your required conditions using the advanced filter. Each condition can then be connected to its own configurable message which displays when the rule is triggered.
